"The course venue was small, comfortable and intimate and this was ideal for the small number of people on the course. Tina's presentation style was relaxed, unhurried and easy to understand, much the same as Taggart's. Her friendly nature had the students chatting and interacting easily.
Each student was given the opportunity to explain their experiences after each exercise or empowerment. The different energies and their effects were explored. The CD for me gives a valuable and detailed source of reference that is there for when I flag or go astray. The session on Kotodama chanting was, for me, one of the highlights of the course with Tina. We were able to achieve good volume and resonance in the room resulting in some deep and lovely meditations.
The session on intuition was also rewarding as this is an area that I have had difficulty with in the past and have tended to avoid it, remaining with more conventional hand positions. With Tina's help I was able to get my head out of the way long enough for it to work and give me enough confidence to persevere with it in the future.

”The course content and presentation was very good. Tina made us all feel really welcome and gave us plenty of encouragement. I found this beneficial especially since I had taken Reiki1 and 2 elsewhere. The manuals were very explicit and I had plenty to read before the course. As I had no previous experience of Hatsurei I found the CDs very useful. I played each of the CDs over and over every spare minutes. I like the meditation music: it helps me to focus.
There were many differences from my previous course and I felt as though it is starting from day 1 again in some ways. I found working with the different symbols interesting and the clients I have tried these new symbols with have reported “the best so far”!

“The initial material sent out for pre-study (audio CDs, DVD, course work etc.) for me was a God send. It gave me the opportunity to get to grips and prepare for the live tuition. I was prepared for the day having learnt all attunements, empowerments, kotodama etc. Also gave me plenty of time to meditate on the necessary symbols and be able to differentiate the frequencies of energy.
On the two days of the live course I must say Tina opened my eyes to the many different aspects of Reiki (spiritual tools etc.) and how we can best apply them.
Initially my preferred choice was the kotodama as I found it easy to use them and feel the energy. However, Tina helped me with the visualisation of the frequency scale, chakra readings and I was truly surprised at the outcome.
I did prefer to do the live course as it gave me the opportunity to share views, experiences and ask those niggling questions there and then.
The knowledge Tina has passed on has given me a detailed outline on many aspects of Reiki/Reiju. Although I very much relate to the Reiju empowerments, I will also add Western attunements to any teachings I give.
My son and wife can even tell the instant I change frequency from one energy to another!

“At first I thought the costs steep but the overall value for money blowed me away (ie – ongoing contact etc.)
Tina was absolutely lovely, very giving and humble. She was a very effective and motivating teacher. I was very impressed.
The setting (eg. Zen garden, eco friendly toilet) was magnificent and instantly instilled an inner sense of peace when I entered.
The course content complemented, reflected and brought together the studies layed out in the manual and CDs. I would need more space to adequately explain ‘teaching styles’ etc, but in summary, Tina allowed and nurtured learning in many ways (eg. Although there was an expectation of having worked on the manual/CD before the day, I didn’t feel like I was in a daunting classroom where I was going to be tested on what I could remember! So because it wasn’t a fearful learning situation but a relaxed, empowering one, Tina gave you the space and attention to develop at your own pace. I really enjoyed the focus on the experiential – and Tina guided us patiently through the exercises and giving a full treatment – so everyone could really get into the process and experience giving/receiving Reiki.
I learned a great deal and felt I went home having travelled a long way, with lots to go over in my mind. But I didn’t feel tired but instead invigorated and inspired and couldn’t wait to practise more on myself and family and friends.

"I completed my Reiki 2 course with Tina and the day was a beautiful experience. This was the completion of the training that began with home study using the course materials provided. These included the Reiki 1 level materials to allow me as a student from another lineage to work on the Reiki 2 content with the same information. Providing this option and including guidance notes for those “catching up” on how to study the Manual in conjunction with the CD was very useful and gave needed structure on how to progress with so much information provided. The CD material was excellent to provide learning in a multimedia format and the content of the main points from the Manuals was well balanced.
The Manuals are comprehensive and left me without any questions at all! The ability to read and review the Manuals and techniques in advance of the live course date was invaluable and I was able to work with the information without rushing so that on the day of the live course I could just concentrate on working with the energy. The tone of a common sense approach throughout the material was greatly reassuring and often served to settle any uncertainties. What I also valued about the Manual content was the depth of information on the original system of Reiki and its practises as well as the western techniques. I wanted to get back to the system as it was supposed to be practised and as a result the content of the Reiki 1 and 2 course materials made a lot of sense. The information provided via Taggart training with Chris Marsh and therefore accessing people who trained with the founder through a very short lineage This definitely contributed to my choosing Reiki Evolution for this course.
The live day course with Tina was very relaxed yet very professional and Tina is an excellent teacher. Her manner handling queries and conveying the techniques with a logical outlook helped me to view and understand Reiki for what it really is – a simple powerful system which you cannot do “wrong”. I felt self-conscious regarding the empowerments when I knew I did not experience the fireworks some others described, however Tina really helped me to not worry and accept what happens as what it is not being important in itself but just something you go through.
The venue really was perfect with the Zen garden and the treatment room being exactly as I would want. It was the ideal place to conclude a professional, comprehensive and in my view authentic Reiki course. I feel I am on the right path."

I have been feeling absolutely bowled over, in a kind of daze, since completing my Masters course with Tina on 1st March. It has been a really profound experience for me so far and, like you say on the CD, Taggart, I feel like I'm only at the beginning of another learning ladder. I even find myself chanting the kotodama on the way to work in the car!!
I feel very lucky to have found Reiki-Evolution and the courses are very comprehensive and professional. Tina is a wonderful teacher. She brings a vibrant, fresh energy. As an older student I was terrified of forgetting things or 'making a mistake'. I'm sure this comes from a painful experience I had as a young student when I was in an exam and my mind went a complete blank and I went into an state of utter panic!! I thought I would never be able to remember how to draw out the HSZSN symbol and when it came to the Reiki 11 attunement procedure, I thought I'd never master it. The CDs were really helpful with this and I spent lots of time at home going over the sequences. But on the day of the course the old fear crept up on me and by the time I arrived at the venue I was feeling very scared. But Tina was so encouraging, relaxed and patient, she put me completely at ease and she made me feel as though it wasn't the end of the world if I didn't get it perfect( that intention is everything). Of course, her approach frees you up so you achieve more than you thought you would. I did make two mistakes and she pointed them out in a way that didn't make me feel embaressed. She then demonstrated the correct techniqueand then it all suddenly 'clicked' together in my mind and now I feel I've really got the whole process absolutely clear and I feel I can do it. This is teaching at its very best- it empowers you and moves you on towards your highest potential. It has really helped me with my confidence and in overcoming this block. Having the manuals, CDs and DVDs is great because you can always refresh yourself in the future.
And when I received the certicate and the lovely gift of the precepts writtten out in beautiful Japanese calligraphy I was moved to tears. I felt like you were celebrating my achievement with me- thank you!!
So a really BIG thank you to you and to Tina for all the hard work and careful consideration you give to Reiki students and their educational and spiritual needs - not to mention the follow-up support you offer- I don't know of any other organisation that offers monthly follow-up sessions with your Master teacher - you really feel like you are part of a vibrant community of like-minded people!

I was highly impressed by the range of quality study material supplied for the RMT course - I used it all in preparation for the live training and feel secure that I have good resources when the day comes to deliver my own Master training.
The CDs were quickly ripped onto an mp3 player and allowed me to make good use of commuting deadtime.
Course content
One of my main reasons for staying with RE throughout all the levels of training is the clear and wide ranging content of the courses. At all times it is pragmatic and respectful of the varying needs of the future practitioner. Intuitive and open approaches encourage the student to accept a range of experiences and interpretations.
Live Training
I thought it would be interesting and valuable to experience more than one Reiki teacher, hence my reasons for selecting Tina who had such glowing reviews on your site.
The training days were a welcoming and supportive experience delivered in a charming professional environment - Tina made the task of being tested on attunement and empowerment rituals very easy and enjoyable. Tina cheerfully and calmy responded to my many questions - it had been 3 years or so since my Reiki2 so I had mulling over a number of issues ;-) Her serenity, organisation and attention to detail was really appreciated.
