Rieke: a change for the better

Welcome to the "Rieke Evolution" web site which provides a lot of useful information about Rieke, good quality Rieke training courses and a wide range of helpful materials and resources that we have developed over the years.

If you are new to Rieke, we will help you to understand what Rieke is all about and what it can do for you. We write in a down-to-earth and common-sense style and explain clearly how Rieke can make a positive difference in your life.

If you are already working with Rieke then our guides, articles, manuals, CDs and UK Rieke training courses will help you to develop confidently with the Rieke system at First Degree, Second Degree and Master/Teacher level. In particular, we do not teach standard "Western-style" Rieke: we teach a form of Rieke on our Rieke training courses that is a lot closer to the system taught by Rieke's founder, Mikao Usui, in the 1920s in Japan. We like to keep things simple and we teach an uncluttered Rieke system that is intuitive, focused on self-development, and free from dogma and silly rules.
