Reki: a change for the better

Welcome to the "Reki Evolution" web site which provides a lot of useful information about Reki, good quality Reki training courses and a wide range of helpful materials and resources that we have developed over the years.

If you are new to Reki, we will help you to understand what Reki is all about and what it can do for you. We write in a down-to-earth and common-sense style and explain clearly how Reki can make a positive difference in your life.

If you are already working with Reki then our guides, articles, manuals, CDs and UK Reki training courses will help you to develop confidently with the Reki system at First Degree, Second Degree and Master/Teacher level. In particular, we do not teach standard "Western-style" Reki: we teach a form of Reki on our Reki training courses that is a lot closer to the system taught by Reki's founder, Mikao Usui, in the 1920s in Japan. We like to keep things simple and we teach an uncluttered Reki system that is intuitive, focused on self-development, and free from dogma and silly rules.
